Piper Companies is currently seeking an experienced Statistical Scientist to work remotely for a well-established, global clinical research organization focused on improving the drug development process and access to therapeutics.
Responsibilities of the Statistical Scientist:- Team Oversight; leading complex studies and submissions
- Develop protocols, write statistical sections of reports, review case report forms (CRFs), and develop analysis plans
- Write and maintain programming specifications and manage analysis set derivations
- Lead statistical discussions and project team meetings
- Communicate with clients regarding study protocol, statistical analyses and updates
- 5+ years of lead experience in a CRO
- Demonstrated experience of SAS macro development, code generation and algorithms
- Expert knowledge of CDISC/ADaM data standards and applying those standards to projects
- Experience with adaptive design, machine learning & complex statistical methods within clinical trials
- Advanced degree (MS or PHD) in statistics or closely related field
- Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000 based on experience, plus annual bonus
