Overview

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager will be responsible to ensure that all Identity, Privilege and Access management operates efficiently, reliably and in compliance with required regulations, policies, and processes to support FCB's business, security & integrity of the IT operations. Maintain a simple, pragmatic, and effective IAM program design that meets the needs of business & security requirements. This role will manage all aspects of Access Reviews for the Identity & Access Management team including but not limited to launching reviews, communications, data hygiene, reports, and directly supporting users. Leading a team of analysts partnering with other IAM teams (Integration & Operations) while providing a positive secure experience for Access Reviews and Governance. Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with the Director of Information Security, establish, build out and mature the IAM Access Certifications function and its related activities including planning, testing, reporting and delivering IAM services.
  • Participate in the architecture and design of identity solutions for the enterprise including partnering with the business and tech to determine business decisions, processes, and technical requirements.
  • Implement a formal program to enhance and centralize the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Access Certification function.
  • Formulates and defines system's scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of the application, business, operational and/or industry requirements.
  • Centrally manage user security, entitlement reviews and certifications, as well as interfacing with internal business users.
  • Review and comply with all relevant and applicable regulations as they relate to IAM.
  • Develop and document IAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
  • Create and conduct training for staff on the use of IAM related tools and processes.
  • Support and drive all IAM Access Certification related governance and audits initiatives.
  • Must understand all IAM functions including but not limited to user entitlement reviews.
  • Support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and InfoSec efforts and initiatives
  • Manage/support the roadmap implementation for Identity and Access Management application integrations.
  • Coaches and mentors subordinate, identifies training needs and recommends development programs.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Applications development, applications analysis or systems engineering OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Applications development, applications analysis or systems engineering

Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Experience with Access Review process and procedures
  • Knowledgeable in 1 or more IAM products (Okta, SailPoint IIQ, Azure AD, CyberArk, Varonis, etc.)
  • Experience with enterprise directory solutions (Active Directory, Okta, Workday, etc.)
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Ability to articulate to stakeholders desired outcomes and responsibilities
  • Strong Documentation Skills (user guides and training, process documentation)
