Organic growth is very important to the sustained growth at 1st National Roofing. 100% of our
management staff started on the storm team and have been promoted from within.
As a representative of 1st National Roofing youll be trained in: how spot areas and homes
affected by storm damage - work with insurance companies - estimate retail roofing projects -
negotiation tactics, and much more
Primary responsibilities: Locate storm affected areas - development of marketing strategy,
deliver in-home presentation, close sale, customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Self motivated - ability to travel to storm areas - top notch communication &
organizational skills - ability to learn and retain ever evolving product information and trade
knowledge - thrives in a social setting - a passion to help others - ability to work when
homeowners are home.
Compensation: 100% commission with an average pay out over $2,000.00 per job. Average
1st year income is 75k with top earners bringing in 150k+. Housing paid for when out working
storm.
