Quality Engineering Solutions ArchitectWork Location: Raleigh, NC (some relo offered)

Requirements1) 12+ Years Knowledge of best practices of all aspects of software testing life cycle2) Extensive experience delivering large complex testing programs - developing test strategy, managing functional and non-functional testing teams, test design, test data management, test automation etc.3) Experience playing hands-on/test management role in Agile delivery models4) Full understanding of DevOps practices and knowledgeable in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery5) Practical knowledge in test automation approaches, frameworks - BDD, TDD, Selenium, Appium, TestNG etc.6) Advisory knowledge on a wide variety of open source and commercials tools across testing types7) Up to date on industry leading trends in QA/technology - Digital, emerging technologies such as cognitive, AI etc.8) Solution mindset - ability to convert customer requirements/pain points to strategic and tactical solutions9) Innovative mindset - proven ability to ideate and incubate new initiatives10) Strong business presentation skills - develop high quality presentations and articulate to senior business/technical stakeholders11) Self driven and motivated to learn and adapt to new technologies, emerging trends12) Experience working in a Development or Testing CoE and supporting internal and external customers experience: 12+ years

Responsibilities and Duties1) QE Solutions Architect deployed in an account2) Create Quality Engineering strategy for the entire account and drive QA to QE transformation3) Provide tools recommendations and rationalization strategy across all types of testing4) Advise and setup the appropriate operating model for an integrated QE delivery5) Create enterprise wide test automation, continuous testing strategy, implementation plan6) Plan and estimate resources, skills required to implement the transformation strategy7) Provide QE leadership for large, critical programs within the account8) Interact with sr. leadership on the client side to anchor all strategic discussions on QE9) Grow QE business in the account by proactive mining of opportunities10) Research emerging technologies (IOT, Blockchain, AI/ML, Augmented Reality etc.) and develop relevant test approaches11) Ideate, incubate and lead the development of QE accelerators in the accountExpected Start Date: 25/5/2021Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $170,001.00 - $189,999.00 per year
