We are currently seeking talented and motivated Spa Consultants to join our dynamic and collaborative team in a professional and luxury spa environment.

We are currently seeking employees with flexible availability for nights and weekends, and possibly some day shifts.

Our Spa Consultants take pride in promoting and selling our Membership Packages, as well as providing a great atmosphere for our members and guests. You will be working in a fun, positive team environment, and we are looking for friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic people who enjoy promoting the benefits of our spa services and creating high customer service levels.

The MassageLuXe mission is to deliver the highest quality massage, facial and waxing services in an environment that is both luxurious and relaxing to all of our guests. MassageLuXe delivers the highest standards in the membership based business and is on pace to become the industry leader. The launch of our sister company, FaceLuXe, has enabled us to offer our clients facial and waxing services alongside our increasingly popular massage services. The mission of FaceLuXe is to provide clients with an affordable spa experience and help every guest look and feel their absolute best. Our passion to provide each guest with "5-star" services is why MassageLuXe is also committed to hiring only the most dedicated customer service representatives at each spa.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-MUST be available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

- Sell memberships and assist in retaining members

- Meet sales goals

- Provide excellent service interaction with all members and guests

- Exude enthusiasm and maintain a positive attitude in the spa for both employees and guests

- Maintain a professional work ethic and appearance

- Be comfortable using computers and iPads, including a computer-based scheduling system

- Answer telephones and make appointment reminder calls

- Assist with general cleaning of the spa, including laundry

- Handle credit and cash transactions

- Create and maintain a clean, relaxing, and well maintained environment in the clinic

- Create and maintain guest and member relationships from the first time they call until they

depart the clinic after their appointment

- Be professional, aware, and responsive to the needs of our members, guests, and

coworkers

- Assist all levels of mamangement with any daily, weekly, and monthly operations and duties.

- Able to work independently and possess excellent attention to detail

- Work and achieve goals with the existing team of front desk associates to promote and sell our membership packages

- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and certain holidays

- Experience in a customer service related field

- Sales experience a plus

- Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment

- Ability to professionally provide excellent member and guest interaction.

- Experience with effective communications with clients, management, and staff.

- Computer and Software competency.
