Request you to please send me your resume at priya.suman(at) atyeti.com.Job Description.The eMacro Support and Onboarding team is part of the Global Markets organisation, facing off to the trading and pricing desks in the eMacro space (FX and UST). The team provides support and analysis for pricing, trade capture and processing. While also working with new clients to certify and onboard into the production stack. We believe that the role on offer provides the successful candidate with an excellent opportunity to experience a Front Office support environment. The candidate will have visibility on a significant number of trading platforms and will have day to day interaction with the various trading desks that make up the eFX and US treasuries trading group, while gaining an in depth understanding of the various flows and key elements that help to provide a successful Business. The successful candidate will also work with external clients as part of the onboarding process. Giving them a chance to work on client integration, fix specification and migration to production. Key Responsibilities Coverage of the eMacro pricing and trading platforms including interactions such as:• Daily interactions with the business – face to face and chat• On-site system troubleshooting• Customer communication during incident or outages• Co-ordination of key production releases and checkouts• External client communication during onboarding Regional checkout roles and interaction that work on a ‘follow the sun’ basis. This includes weekend work (approx. 1 in 4 weekends.). Daily support and troubleshooting of the eMacro platforms through tasks including:• Actively watching/reacting to alerts from the platform’s monitoring systems• Engaging with clients on reported issues through the hotlines, emails and phone• Identifying inefficient support tasks and implementing alternative methods• Working closely with key members of the Business and Development on performance analysis of various trading and pricing flows New client integration and onboarding tasks including:• Working with the Business to prioritize new client onboarding• Testing end to end flow with clients to ensure smooth transition into the production environment• Ensuring clients meet FIX specification set out by CS before going live in production• Maintaining and managing the onboarding environment Overview of the department / team:eMacro Support and Onboarding is a global team, located in Raleigh, Singapore, London and Zurich and is part of the larger GTS Platform Operations product line within Global Markets. Currently the team is made up of 7 persons across the regions – 2 Singapore, 1 London, 2 US and 2 Zurich. Challenges Contractor will be facing in this role: • Nature of the business, means the production environment needs to be highly dynamic and can undergo frequent changes and updates• eFX provides 24x6 pricing for internal and external clients. Meaning there is no downtime for the Business• Current size of team, means new joiner would be expected to come up to speed on the role as fast as possible You Offer: Essentials Skills and Qualifications:• Basic technical understanding of Unix platform• Basic database understanding of Oracle• Basic understanding of FIX protocol• Experience in Geneos monitoring toolset• Demonstration of logical thinking• Good understanding of desktop environments, for application layer support• Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills• Ability to forge strong relationships with key stake holders across both the Business and IT orgsDesired Skills and Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both external and internal end users• Good understanding of the FX product scope and terminologies• Experience supporting a low latency environment• Ability to prioritize and manage personal workload and as part of larger teams• Python/ similar technical tool skills • Ability to challenge the way we do things (in the right way)• Self-Motivated• Attention to detail• Ability to perform in a high pressure environment• Ability to adapt to a highly dynamic environment• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work as part of a team and provide an individual contribution.• Ability, with guidance, to ensure that work is correctly prioritized.• Proactive ability to identify opportunities and develop new ideas that will lead to improvements.
