We are national company looking for EXPERIENCED irrigation tech. We are offering 50% partnership to the qualified person. We pay for everything -
Truck
Insurance
Parts
Uniforms
Customers
Accounting
Etc
Why are we offering this ? We have tech partners in 4 states and the relationship has worked for all parties. We are tired of hiring techs as employees that do not work out. Exaggerating their qualifications, no drivers license, alcohol issues,lazy etc So we developed a program that attracts techs that want to be self employed, make much more money but do not want or are not capable of the business aspect of this industry.
We are looking for the qualifications listed below -
Do not apply if you do not have irrigation experience.
1. Must have experience in the irrigation repair industry
2. Must have valid drivers license
3. Must be clean cut and professional
4. Must be a serious about a career in this industry.
5. Must work FULL time
