Bud Matthews Services, a mid-sized family owned contractor serving the greater Raleigh area for over 40 years, is seeking a manager for our service department. We are a rapidly growing company providing HVAC, plumbing and appliance repair services.
As BMS service manager, you will be expected to direct the daily activities and operations of the technicians and installers while building strong programs, processes and teams to support our continued growth. Primary Job Functions:
Oversee daily scheduling and dispatching
Prepare and present repair estimates
Resolve departmental issues and customer complaints
Develop technician training and advancement program
Starting Pay: $60K+ (Sign on Bonus or Relocation Assistance Negotiable)
Work Hours: 7:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday
