Currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5-10 years of management experience in the commercial space. The PM will have direct responsibility for completing the project under budget and on schedule. Responsibilities include the capability to control costs, time, quality and safety. Responsible for subcontractors work to be completed on time and per the plans, specifications and subcontracts.Responsibilities: Manage project budget and schedule Execute the plan for completing the project Communication and coordination with customers, other PMs, development teams, field staff and sub-contractors Develop scopes of work and bid packages for each specific project Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids Help negotiate final subcontract and purchase order awards Minimize the amount of change orders and extra work tickets Manage project team meetings Review sub-contractor monthly pay applications Help prepare and submit monthly draw requests to the bank Manage project close-out process Prepare and assist with regular updates of the overall master schedule Ensure all work performed conforms with contract requirements, plans & specifications Ensure that project is completed on time & under budget IF INTERESTED APPLY DIRECTLY WITH DJ AT 919.379.8218 Required Skills: Desired Qualifications: Detailed Planning Skills Understanding of Technical & Mechanical Subjects Decisive & Resourceful Flexibility, Strong Work Ethic and Superior Skills in verbal, written and electronic communication (required) Extensive knowledge of relevant computer technologies such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook (required) Experience with project management system software OSHA 10 Certification ProCore experience Timberline experienceMinimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager Experience on in-fill type project sites and large-scale multi-family projects Experience in four (4) to five (5) story wood Frame Construction Experience with type III & type V construction, Elevated Podium Slab work, Pre-Cast Parking Structures, and Deep Foundation Must have the ability to read blueprints Valid Driver's License Technically savvyIF INTERESTED APPLY DIRECTLY WITH DJ AT 919.379.8218 About AerotekOur people are everything.
