This position is full time, pay is commensurate with experience. We are a certified Orange County Living Wage employer! Benefits include: generous PTO (paid time off), health insurance, occasional bonuses, and plenty of paid holidays. We have a small but friendly team. Se habla Espanol.
Our repair technicians drive company vehicles, so a valid drivers license is required. Service area is typically in Orange and Durham Counties, sometimes Chatham and Alamance. Hours are usually 9-5. We conduct a criminal background check before hiring.
Job Summary:
-Experience in handy work; carpentry ideally.
-Must be able to follow directions and and report any changes or difficulties to the projects manager.
-Must be a team player who can communicate to work out problems
-Cleans up after themselves at a work site, leaving the space looking better than when they arrived.
-This position will sometimes require heavy lifting, and standing for long periods of time
-A successful candidate is professional and respectful while working in customer’s homes.
