Here at S2 Groupe, were looking for an editorial associate with strong writing, content creation, and administration skills to join our team.

Led by Selena Soo (a leading expert in online marketing and publicity), our company offers world-class online education programs and high-end coaching services to visionary entrepreneurs, experts, and authors.

Were seeking an editorial associate to work with our marketing team to help with a variety of editorial projects including preparing email newsletters, social media posts, and presentation material for our sales webinars, virtual workshops, and live speaking engagements.

What were looking for is an attention-to-detail personality with a strong sense of ownership and a love of challenging work.

Our ideal candidate is someone who would stay with our company for a minimum of 2 years.

Job Description

As our Editorial Associate, your job will include the following:

1. Work with our marketing team to prepare and create copy for our email newsletter, blog, and social media posts and stories. (Working knowledge of WordPress is a plus.)

2. Help create engaging teaching materials (presentation slides, scripts, and worksheets using templates we provide “ design skills not required) for our sales webinars, virtual workshops, and live speaking engagements.

3. Proofread content, including landing pages, email copy, case studies, video modules, and more, to ensure error-free quality, accurate design elements, and brand consistency.

4. Participate in testing opt-in pages, forms, sales pages, and more for formatting and mobile responsiveness.

5. Directly communicate with tact and warmth to design team, engineers, and other outside vendors to ensure necessary edits are completed correctly.

6. Organize editorial documents and help maintain our document library.

7. Perform research for special projects as necessary.

Job Requirements

You must:

Be available during Eastern Standard Time working hours.

Write well and edit your own work.

Quickly capture Selena Soos voice and writing style for all copywriting needs.

Be systematic in your thinking and approach to problem-solving.

Have excellent focus and attention to detail. Even when under a deadline, nothing slips by you.

Know how to communicate with warmth, tact, and professionalism.

Have the ability to self-manage and report progress for ongoing projects.

Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Have flexibility to turn around rush assignments on short notice as needed.

Hours and Schedule:

This is a virtual position of 20 - 25 hours/week with the potential for this to evolve into a full-time role. You will need to be available for company meetings during Eastern Standard Time business hours. Compensation starts at $20 per hour.
