In this role in the CX CMO team you will: Evaluate change impact & organizational readiness Formulate the change management strategy and adoption metrics Develop the change management plan Execute the change management plan

You are driven to learn and become a deep subject matter expert. You work well independently and have a bias for change leadership and execution. You're an excellent communicator and have the power to influence peers, managers, and executives, driving towards agreement and decision while handling ambiguity. Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in change management Ability to build solid positive and productive relationships with stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Strong documentation, administrative and engagement skills Demonstrated effective analytical skills and reliable decision-making skills Expertise in change management methodologies, processes, and tools Experience with maintaining virtual communities in support of change efforts Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-demand environment Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite with emphasis on SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint Comfortable presenting findings at the executive level Solid track record showing successful completion of large scale cross functional projects
