Position:Supplier Onboarding Project Manager - Arrowsphere PlatformJob Description:We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Supplier Onboarding Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of digital go-to-market strategies for our suppliers. This position requires a unique blend of project management and business analysis skills, along with a deep understanding of cloud-based technologies.What You'll Be Doing:

Collaborate with suppliers to understand their business objectives and requirements for implementing a new digital go-to-market strategy.

Conduct thorough analysis of supplier needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful execution of digital go-to-market strategies.

Conduct regular meetings and communications with suppliers to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for business growth.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management and business analysis roles, preferably in the digital or technology sector.

Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, software, SaaS, and the cloud ecosystem.

Experience working in the channel.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable strategies.

Ideal candidate should understand business processes, order flow, and delivery benchmarks.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers, internal and external stakeholders.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.

Ideal candidate should understand business processes, order flow, and delivery benchmarks.

Proficient in project management tools and software.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and practices is a plus.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$111,900.00 - $154,000.00Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
