- Support Sales users with setup and management of our tech stack.
- Consult with Sales leadership to create and maintain role-specific Sal esforce reports and dashboards used by managers and individual contributors to monitor performance, identify process deficiencies, manage pipeline, adjust sales territories, and prioritize revenue-generating and churn-reducing activities.
- Work with our Sal es Analyst and Marketing team to define and distribute prioritized leads to sales.
- Maintain data integrity to ensure the company is reporting on accurate data. This includes data imports in Salesforce, data cleanup, and process reinforcement.
- Partner with our Sales Enablement Manager to manage and document technical workflows for any process for the sales team.
- Manage sales campaign data and track performance of event and marketing campaigns.
- Partner with IT and operations staff to enhance and maintain prop er integrations between Salesforce, Marketo , and other products in our tech stack.
- 3+ years of sales operations experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including standard objects, integrated applicat ions, and the process builder.
- Salesforce admin experience is a plus and Salesforce admin certification is a double plus.
- Comfortable solving complex process and automation problems.
- Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and processing.
- A compulsion to ask "Why?" to fully understand the objectives behind what you're being asked to do.
- Experience with SalesLoft, Marketo , Cloudingo , G Suite, or similar sales enablement and database management technologies is a plus.
- BS/BA degree with strong academic perfo rmance is preferred.
