The Associate Director, Restructuring Special Projects, leads the planning and execution of transformational projects designed to restructure the “make to make” and “make to buy” for the Maintenance and Repair Organization. The Associate Director collaborates to determine the business and operational structural changes needed to achieve strategic objectives. The Associate Director develops restructuring and transition projects by integrating with a cross functional team at every stage.Primary Responsibilities:Distill business structure, contractual requirements, business environment and strategic plans into an executable restructuring proposal.

Prepare, submit and obtain approval of necessary restructuring/transition plans through business unit leadership.

Lead execution of restructuring/transition projects which will include make to make and make to buy product transitions

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience OR

Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience OR

In absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience is required

Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

Preferred Qualifications:Experience leading a cross functional team in a matrixed organization

Experience with project management, finance, contracts, pricing or technical manufacturing

Experience with acquisitions and divestitures

Restructuring project development and execution experience

Experience executing in compliance with international legal frameworks.
