Be ready to navigate the complex relationships that make the business world run and find the actionable insights that result in great business decisions.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop & document detailed business requirements & scenarios across Procurement, Accounts Payable & Indirect tax processes. This should also include scenarios to test.Analyze and document dependencies (Upstream/ Downstream systems)Communicate those requirements/ scenarios to all the relevant devops squads. Translate i/t solution need / business requirement into i/t requirements.Ensure that the solution design by each squad works end to end.Run a scrum of scrums to ensure that all the dependencies between squads are managed. Work with squad focals to ensure delivery challenges are addressed in a timely manner.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseAt least 5 years'experience working as a business analyst/ SME on large complex IT implementations.

Comfortable with both IT & business processes.

At least 3 years leadership experience in coordinating work across global and cross functional teams.

Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseSource to Pay process skills (AKA Procurement, Accounts Payable and taxes).

SAP ECC skills especially finance.

Ariba Source to Pay familiarity.
