If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe compliance and risk analyst is responsible for ensuring compliance to the many IT control requirements - application and infrastructure - for the organization's applications. The primary responsibilities include:Managing your work and priorities.

Ensuring adherence to IBM's IT Security Standard and where gaps exist, risks are appropriately documented.

Support PwC's testing of the organization's Financially Significant applications; ensuring all requests are satisfied. Where issues are identified, ensure that thorough root cause analysis is performed, and corrective actions are taken.

Lead and support successful ASCA Certification reviews.

Act as focal point for other audit-based requests; Corporate Audit, Corporate Business Controls, Government audits, etc.

Understanding and communicating new IT control requirements and acting as a subject matter expert to others.

Ensuring that the key IT controls over the organization's Financially Significant applications are working as intended.

Manage the review of changes to identify when ASCA modification reviews are required.

Manage the organization's use of Jira to recognize risks and create risks when necessary.

Ensure the control points reviewed during ASCA reviews are maintained and periodically validated.

Manage the Asset Protection Plans for the organization's Financially Significant applications.

Ensure key control procedures (e.g., SOD, controls health check) are kept up to date.

Serve as the Risk and Compliance focal point for the organization working with the Domain's lead.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise5 years: Organization and Project Management skills to manage projects and multiple tasks concurrently.

5 years: Deep understanding of IBM's various control requirements: IT SS, ASCA, IT General Controls, etc.

5 years; Creating methods to track that status of actions and establishing a system of management control.

5 years: Preparing and hosting of ASCA certification reviews.

5 years: Communication - verbal and written - with SMEs and Management.

5 years: Demonstrated Presentation skills for status, project management, risk management, education, etc.

5 years: Strong analytical abilities.

5 years: Experience with Risk Management.

5 years: Knowledge of Data Privacy requirements.

0 years: Understanding of KCFRs and testing requirements of Key Reports.

Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertisePrior experience as Auditor.

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Innate drive to continuously learn new tools and techniques.
