If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIBM is hiring a Market Expansion Program Manager. We are a team building global presence for LinxuONE ISV ecosystem in very innovative ways. Our mission is two fold, namely to help clients understand the value prop of complete solution and to help grow our LinuxONE ISV ecosystem.This role will specialize in developing integrated campaigns and programs across multiple channels such as events, digital, social, paid media, and nurture programs. You will work across our agile cross functional teams to drive development and lead execution of the campaign strategy for various ISVs whose applications have been ported on LinuxONE platform.Responsibilities Include:

Work with the product marketing team to translate business goals from marketing plans into actionable integrated campaign strategies that deliver engagement, leads, pipeline and revenue.

Based on campaign plans you generate, you will execute campaigns across all channels and track effectiveness, managing a campaigns budget, on time and on target. You will also support transfer and translation of campaigns on a global basis, working with regional market leads

Set priorities in implementation and development of campaigns that support the business and program objectives, integrating the right mix of demand generation tactics.

Manage and produce world-class quality ISV/LinuxONE materials including web content, marketing campaign assets and offers, emails, ads, graphics, podcasts, videos, etc.

Work closely with world wide digital and demand gen teams to ensure timely campaign delivery, execution, feedback and optimization.

Collaborate with cross geo-based peers to adapt the campaign globally.

Manage internal and external agency partners as the primary lead in the development and delivery of campaign plans, assets, tactics and event execution.

Develop and deliver innovative campaigns that attract new buyers through both digital and face to face channels.

Track, measure, and report on the global campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics, working across regions to identify and analyze gaps and actions plans to course-correct as the campaign execution unfolds.

Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseRequirements for this IBM role:

5+ years in overall Digital management and go to market strategies, preferably in a marketing or sales role

Proven ability communicate effectively on a regularly scheduled cadence to ensure stakeholder alignment

Strong business writing skills that you can demonstrate

Understanding of marketing metrics and funnel analytics to optimize existing social media campaigns as well as advise team on best strategies to drive demand.

Comfortable presenting virtually, and in person, to audiences of all sizes, both internally and externally.

A natural storyteller who understands how to engage ISV/clients through multiple channels

Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertisePreferences for this IBM role:

Expertise in planning, executing and measuring campaigns or for Business Partner /ISV's.

Detail-oriented, self directed team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.

Demonstrated expertise in marketing and sales and how to nurture responders and leads.

Must be proficient in building relationships with Business Partners
