IBM offers the only complete hyperautomation portfolio, incorporating a host of tools including Process Mining and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to help companies scale their business operations to become more flexible and competitiveYour Role and ResponsibilitiesThe WW Channel Sales Leader for Process Mining & RPA will be responsible for creating and executing the go-to-market sales strategy and tactics for GSI, RSI, BPO, and OEM partners.

This is a senior role responsible for achieving sales, profitability, partner recruitment, and partner activation objectives.

Build business plans with strategic partners for IBM's RPA and Process Mining solutions, gain agreement on sales and operational targets, and manage those objectives through regular interlocks and quarterly business reviews.

Work closely with IBM's Ecosystem team to enable an energetic go-to-market partner base that can build and deliver solutions for our clients.

Collaborating with Business Partners to drive IBM's Automation portfolio and drive customer adoption with their clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise10+ years software sales experience

5+ years channel sales

2+ years' experience leading a team

Ability to promote IBM's Automation Platform at C-level with partners.

Experience in working with companies in different countries.

Client facing experience, proven operational and individual skills in leading sales and business development.

Understanding of automation use cases, solution selling techniques, and industry-specific solutions.

Proven understanding of advanced cloud technologies such as IaaS, PaaS, Containers, Serverless, etc.

Superior communication skills including enablement and public speaking experience.

Bold, strategic thinker with a growth mindset who seeks out opportunities, challenges status quo and proposes solutions.

Demonstrated team player and collaborator who is adept to working across the various teams, stakeholders locally and virtually.

Demonstrated leadership and initiative in creating and executing go-to-market strategies for channel partners.

Experience working with RPA and/or Process Mining solutions

Knowledge of IBM's Business Automation portfolio

IBM experience is a plus

Key Partner relationships and contacts in the industry.

Specific experience with a history of selling into Fortune 500 accounts.
