Our client, a nonprofit organization, is seeking a Security & Controls Systems Administrator

Location: Research Triangle, NC

Position Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity that will play a key role in our digital transformation. The Security & Controls Systems Administrator will play a key role in the transformational Dynamics 365 ERP and Workday Adaptive initiative.

Essential Duties:

-Requirements gathering, design, analysis, and configuration in support of roles & permissions management within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Workday Adaptive platforms.

-Analyze and align business requirements and compliance policies with the security and control provisions deployed within the D365 and Workday Adaptive platforms.

-Act as the systems administrator for the FastPath solution, which will offer Security Designer, Identity Manager, Audit Trail, and Segregation of Duties capabilities that are integrated with D365.

-Responsible for project documentation, including user guides, functional design documents, test cases, and process flow documentation.

-Assists with user training and testing-particularly unit testing of systems roles and permissions.

-Records, tracks, and documents requests including prioritizing, scheduling, problem-solving process, decisions and action items, through to the final resolution.

Minimum Education, Skills & Experience Requirements:

-Prefer bachelor's degree in computer science; otherwise, bachelor's degree with 2 or more years of equivalent work experience.

-Minimum of 2 years of experience with design and configuration of systems roles and permissions-preferably for ERP systems.

-Solid understanding of data and permission governance in support of Segregation of Duties (SoD), with some combination of GDPR, PHI, PII, and similar compliance experience.

-Ability to effectively translate systems concepts and communicate them in a way that is understandable to business colleagues.

-Strong documentation (e.g., technical and functional specifications, process flow, system schematics) skills.

-MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) skills.

-Excellent problem solving and solutioning skills.

-Proactive mindset and motivation to learn new skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience Requirements:

-Experience with permission and role management in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Workday Adaptive, to include full life cycle deployment experience.

-Experience with the FastPath GRC solution.

-Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft CRM platforms.

-Experience with one or more of the following Microsoft platforms: Azure DevOps, MS SQL, Azure Synapse, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.

-Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed organization, to include third party consultants and offshore personnel.

-CISA certification - not required but nice to have
