QA Automation Engineer

A great opportunity learn about Private Banking, Wealth Management and Investment Banking business. Required Skills: Excellent knowledge on Testing Fundamental. Hands on Proficiency in manual testing on web apps. Proficiency in Requirement Analysis; Test Design; Test Data Management. Hands on Proficiency in using HP ALM. Hands on Proficiency in Writing SQL queries on oracle. Hands-on Proficiency in creating and maintaining testing frameworks using Selenium Web Driver and Test NG Hands-on knowledge on API/Web Services testing with Rest Assured and Java Hands-on Proficiency in Core Java, OOD, data structure, and algorithms Exposure to work with CI tools like Jenkins and Team City Working experience within agile development teams with a BDD approach and supporting the developers to quality assure developments early Test case automation using Cucumber test automation tool and Gherkin scripting language Ability to work in a highly collaborative and empowered environment Self-starter, can-do attitude a must in a fast-moving business and technical environment Proactive in picking tasks ; communication ; reporting risk ; planning and mitigation. Ability to translate business requirements into technical design, code, test and deliverable solutions that meet or exceed the customer's expectations Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Bachelor's or Master's degree is CS or related field with at least 8 years of industry experience 8 to 15 years of professional experience Preferred Skills: Knowledge on Scheduling tools (Control M ; Autosys etc.) Knowledge on Unix Experience with various Automation tools and scripting languages is desired Knowledge on Appium and Perfecto Mobile Automation Knowledge on Coded UI using C# team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them Good Interpersonal skills with experience of working with people spread across locations / time-zones Good written and oral communication skills.
