Remote PM Marketing Strategy Program

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Remote PM Marketing Strategy Program for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Data Services clients in Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities :

• We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Working closely with the Head of Operations, key functional leaders, and team members this role will identify, plan, organize and drive activities related to tactical, operational, and strategic Marketing projects
• Develop and lead projects to improve processes, support capacity planning and facilitate efficiencies
• Establish and manage relationships with marketing teams located in different geographic regions across the world
• Facilitate the cross-sharing of information across dispersed teams by reporting observations and recommendations to team leads
• Provide support for ad hoc reporting requirements and presentations using multiple databases and tools
• Manage and facilitate relevant meetings to drive the completion of multiple simultaneous projects
• Routinely attend meetings across various Marketing teams to discover opportunities for collaboration and efficiency improvement projects
• Understand marketing strategies and tactics relevant to supporting process improvement
• Define qualitative and quantitative methods and tools to monitor and report progress

• Identify, define and lead projects that directly drive efficiency, reduce wasted cycles, and increase the capacity of the Marketing organization
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to assess and report on project progress
• Identify and help resolve, in collaboration with key leaders, any obstacles to the success of projects
• Ensure project stakeholders have relevant information and manage the information flow between project sponsors and stakeholders

• You have an ability to interview and investigate to get to the root of stakeholders' needs
• You are good at figuring out what to measure to track and evaluate progress
• You write and present with equal effectiveness in both formal and informal settings; adjusting to fit the audience and the message while strongly getting your message across to senior executives, peers, and business partners
• You are a collaborative team player and are high functioning in both individual and co-leadership models; you effectively interact with employees, partners, and customers at all levels within the organization and develop trusted partnerships with all internal stakeholders to help build strategies and action plans
• You have strong project management skills plan building, risk & issue tracking, reporting, stakeholder management
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and capability to lead projects, communicating with team members from different geographic regions
• Advanced knowledge and experience using O365 tools, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Project
• Proficient in risk management, critical thinking and problem solving
