Our client,
a global investment and financial services company, is actively looking to hire an Presentation Specialist to join their team in New York City. This opening is a 1 year contract with the potential for conversion and/or extension Requirements: Looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, presentation specialist to help support our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing and converting given data into a bar, chart, or graphical representation. Responsibilities:- Produce high-quality pitchbooks, presentations, and other client materials
- Import and revise graphics files as requested
- Create and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs, charts, presentations and other print/design projects
- Update monthly reports and dashboards
- Input data from various source documents
- Proofread completed projects to ensure quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members on complex or special projects
- Maintain/track all projects and production requests
- Possess discretion to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
- Must have a minimum of two years' experience in the financial industry as a Desktop Operator
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
