- 12+ years Experience on SAP S/4 HANA implementations a plus
- 15+ years overall experience (5+ years min relevant experience in the role)
- Able to explain/relate complex technical concepts in business terminology to Key business stakeholders.
- Accountable for support of the client business applications in their supported business area i.e demonstrate business acumen, require limited direction, handle complex problems, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of accounting in SAP S/4 Hana
- Demonstrated experience designing and architecting global solutions
- Experience working in a multinational company using Intercompany sales and/or stock transfers and the related costing elements
- Support/lead project based initiatives such as enhancements, system add-ons and upgrades.
- Experience integrating Technically and functionally application systems and 3rd party solutions for a program
- Experienced in performing systems analysis and design by meeting with end users and outlining detailed project specifications in order to effectively and efficiently meet business needs and objectives
- Experience managing onshore and offshore team members and deliverables
