A Day in the Life: How do Project Managers start their day? With coffee and a smile. We communicate daily expectations to our team. Drive status and remove barriers throughout the day. We reflect on our progress and identify any impact to schedules, resources, and budget. Team members lean on Project Managers to guide them so being organized is key. Before heading home, we map the goals for the next day.

What you Bring: • Ability to build strong relationships with cross functional teams and influence internal and external partners • Team player, with a hands-on, detail-focused, and process-driven orientation • Strong organizational and follow-up skills • Must demonstrate ability to effectively communicate verbally and written (Fluent English) • Must be able to adapt quickly to change and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced team environment while being proactive and action-oriented

Requirements Basic Qualifications:• Drive project phases from original concept through final implementation • Define project approach and execution strategy • Develop and manage final scope, schedule, and budget • Accurate and accountable financial reporting; successful track record of meeting current and forecasted goals for both Capital and Expense budgets • Prep and lead meetings (set agenda, assign roles, ensure proper attendance, deliver materials, contact notes)• Prep, lead and own all status reports per project • Manage daily project expectations driving the team towards expected deadlines • Ensure seamless workflow through established governance processes • Identify required skill set and associated roles; partner with Resource Management • Identify vendor needs and vendor assessment support • Identify risk and determine resolution; mitigate risk accordingly • Change and communication management including proper escalation • Lead post-project evaluations and share learnings with broader team • The "go to" person with department, cross-functional teams and external stakeholders • Mentor junior PM team members

Preferred Qualifications: /GED or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years work experience in project management • PMI/PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification or desire to work towards certification• CSM certification or desire to work towards certification • Project related travel may be requiredExperience with Master Data Management projects is a plus
