Job Description
The Grocery Lead serves as the liaison between the stock team members and grocery management. Reports to the Grocery Manager.
- Oversees warehouse operations with the support of the market manager
- Ensures the required stock of collateral for the operations of the whole store
- Receives and checks all the deliveries for the store
- Ensures that the stock crew is in place and grocery section is working according to Eataly’s standards
- Evaluates grocery needs and inventory, as well as receives requisitions from other departments to place orders
- Collaborates with the communications department to ensure displays have proper signage
- Records and emails daily shift notes
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of experience in a grocery or retail stock position
- Great written and verbal communication skills
