Organize the bar to ensure efficient and speedy service.Prepare cocktails and beverages according to recipes provided.Ensuring all beverages are ready to serve within the designated time frame allowed.Dispense and serve all beverages as listed on the menu.Ensure that the area behind the counter and all utensils and equipment in use are maintained in hygienic, orderly and clean condition.Assist with preparation and setting up of promotional displays and decorations.Assist with taking inventories of items and equipment in use and in stock.Ensuring that all stock levels are maintained (without overstocking) and there is enough stock present at all times.Provide efficient and courteous service to guests at the bar counter.Completing a weekly staff rota ensuring fair distribution of hours to all staff.Compile and maintain all the beverage lists updated and identifies changes required for better sales improvement.Maintaining the cost of the beverages within the budgetAttend to meetings and briefings of the department when required.
