Accounting firm looking to hire an office manager immediately to run our Wilmington office.
Outline of Duties:
Supervise staff of 10+ bookkeepers
High level of client interaction
Client work probably 40-50% of job; Office management the rest. Mgt piece could grow.
Manage jobs in order to maintain job profitability
Production/Workflow management
Training/mentoring staff
New client leads - consultation and help with proposals
Small amount of human resources
Hiring/staffing
Credentials Needed:
Degreed accountant
Demonstrated expertise with QuickBooks Online (Pro Advisor preferred)
Experience supervising staff (required)
Experience working in bookkeeping office/CPA office preferred
Multitasker
Great communicator
