Economy Exterminators, a family-owned and operated pest control company, is looking for a part-time customer service person to begin immediately. Primary duties include interacting with customers by phone - answering questions, scheduling services, invoicing customers, and explaining and selling our services to prospective customers. You need a friendly and welcoming phone voice, and strong data entry and overall technology skills, for efficiently entering notes into a database, while interacting with people on the phone.
Secondary duties include general office tasks, and special projects as required from time to time.
Starting salary is $12.50/hr.
