Look no further, our team is looking for you!The Finance Data & Insights Team is an agile product team responsible to for the development, production, and transformation of Financial data and reporting across Consumer and Community Banking (CCB). Our vision is to improve the lives of our people and increase value to the firm by leveraging the power of our data and the best tools to analyze data, generate insights, save time, improve processes & control, and lead the organization in developing skills of the future. Our overall product objectives include:1) constructing a data environment that enables cross-business, customer-centric decision making and reporting needs across CCB in a consistent framework;2) creating an ecosystem of dashboards, sourced from authoritative data sources, to replace all manual management reporting and to allow our employees to focus on generating actionable insights;3) eliminating user tools, saving time, and increasing ability to generate insights through data, dashboards, and developing new capabilities.As an Analytics Solutions Vice President on one of the many CCB Finance Product teams centered around Data, Insights, Regulatory Reporting, and Decision Optimization, you will play a key role in driving transformation in our data environment and technical solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business and in supporting core finance and business processes. You will be primarily responsible for m anaging a team of professionals creating dashboards and automation activities for the CCB Controller and Treasury teams. You will also manage a team responsible for monthly reporting of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) and support for Quarterly Earnings and assistance with the quarterly stress test forecasting process. Your team will d rive strategy for expansion of automated commentary and determining how to expand across the Finance organizationJob responsibilities:

Manage team which is located in Delaware and India

Provide leadership support for the end to end execution of tasks

Gain full understanding of processes and controls

Identify process improvement opportunities, including implementation

Partner with the Controller, Treasury, IT and other teams

Provide leadership with team focused on automating commentary and determining how to expand across Finance organization

Ensure timelines and due dates are completed on time

Ad hoc projects as required

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting Business, IT or Financial systems discipline

8+ years of relevant experience

Experience managing team of people

Proficiency with Tableau and Alteryx

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of Balance Sheet

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with fluid regulatory and business requirements

Demonstrated leadership abilities with track record of driving results through cross-functional organization

Ability to reprioritize workload based on competing priorities

Analytical and organized with a systemic thought process and ability to work with data driven approach

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a keen ability to identify systemic issues

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Highly motivated, self-directed

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

Hyperion Essbase cube experience preferred

Jira experience preferred

Oracle SQL query language, Unix, and data warehousing experience a plus
