The Associate Support Release Manager is an essential contributor to the continuous adoption of the nCino Bank Operating System at our financial institutions.

They help ensure quality, mitigate risk, and drive adoption of product releases for our financial institutions using the Bank Operating System. They drive initiatives and programs to enable the consistent success of nCino product releases from deployment and tool design to adoption by our customers in production.

The Associate Support Release Manager must be passionate about the customer experience, innovation, speed, reputation, cross-team partnerships, vendor management, and delivering programs that enable our customer's success. The ideal candidate is forward looking, biased for action, ensures the team is set up for success, and earns trust through broad internal and external stakeholder influence. This role is customer facing, cross-functional, and highly visible across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Learn the Salesforce platform and nCino Bank Operating System application as it relates to nCino releases
  • Participate in the projects for each customer deployment process including planning, scheduling, and driving adoption of the nCino release through different stages and environments:
    • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
    • Document all actions during the customer release process
    • Plan and align with customer change management process
    • Collaborate with team members to mitigate risks and remove roadblocks
    • Organize release objectives, scope, timelines, resources
    • Participate in the development of customer webinars
    • Be aware of release impacts for customer projects during the release lifecycle
    • Deploy release in multiple environments
    • Assist customer with feature enablement and deprecations based on the nCino change management process
  • Oversee normal functions of the software release management project for assigned financial institutions.
  • Participate with team members and nCino leadership on the design and launch of new projects and programs based on strategic needs
  • Participate in cross-organizational programs from beginning to implementation that consist of several projects
  • Learn and develop project management process skills, best practices, and methodologies within the teams and for customers operations
  • Create, manage, and update execution and value reports/dashboards throughout program lifecycle to regularly measure the benefits gained and customer impacts
  • Participate in internal release planning sessions with key stakeholders and provide process feedback from customers and individual experiences
  • Work with team members to analyzes customer change management process to provide guidance on a release adoption path
  • Work closely with 3rd parties and vendors, including Salesforce resolve issues, and improve the release adoption process for our customers, acting as their liaison.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years functional experience, or combination of experience, education, and superior performance
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, including customer administrators
  • Demonstrated dedication to customer service, customer satisfaction, and quality
  • Understanding of Information Technology and SaaS concepts
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to enforce processes and deadlines
  • Proven ability to interact and communicate with customers in a professional, positive, and constructive manner and participating in meetings

Desired:
  • Learn the Salesforce platform nCino Bank Operating System experience
  • Understanding of of the commercial, small business banking, treasury, consumer space in relation to both processes and regulations
  • Technology/Fintech experience
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, especially large-scale managed package deployment
  • SQL/SOQL or related Database Experience
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified App Builder
  • Project Management training/experience
  • Experience with issue tracking software such as Salesforce CRM, JIRA, Trello, TFS
  • Experience with continuous integration or automated testing
  • Experience with defect management or quality assurance
  • Experience with public speaking and/or leading meetings
