Consumer Lending serves customers across the country through our distribution network of more than 5,300 retail banking branches and Home Lending offices as well as online and digital channels.The Business Support Consultant 3 will be responsible for managing and leading multiple work streams for co-brand RFP's, extensive cross-functional work with multiple business units across the Wells Fargo enterprise - which ultimately contributes to the RFP input of prospective co-brand deals. This Co-Brand Business Development Manager will have responsibility for partnering with multiple business lines across the Wells Fargo enterprise to ensure appropriate content and efforts align with co-brand credit card RFP's.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Working cross-functionally within Wells Fargo and potentially with external partners to identify and execute on key partnerships that drive business results and support the co-brand business strategy.

Collaboratively develop partnership strategy with the lines of business, including identifying key elements of the strategy, completing analysis, and making recommendations.

Developing and delivering input for co-brand partner proposals with the lines of business, including overall vision, partnership economics, and product integration.

Working in conjunction with marketing, finance, legal and other functional partners to develop financial business case, deal constructs and other key terms associated with co-brand partnerships.

Managing co-brand sales pipeline and monitor external environment for important competitive developments and potential partnership opportunities and communicate more broadly to key line of business partners as necessary.

Ensuring all deals and business development is executed in accordance with policies, controls, key functional partners, and corporate development procedures.

Experience and understanding in the credit card industry, specifically co-brand market within marketing, product or project management

Knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of road maps, strategies, and management of business development process- ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery with emphasis in the digital acquisitions/servicing space

Direct credit card project/marketing management experience including developing digital marketing strategies and value propositions

Significant partnership, strategic alliance or deal execution experience within the co-brand industry

Job ExpectationsAbility to travel up to 10% of the time
