This department serves a support role for the Chief Technology Officer of Collections Technology, their Leadership Team, and the aligned Product Team helping with: Financial Tracking and Reporting, Requisition Management, Vendor Management, Resource Forecasting, Cost-Save Initiatives, Department Budgeting, Reporting, and Ad Hoc Requests.This position will ensure financial and business management goal attainment for the Voice and WFM Products through development and generation of reports and presentations, tracking operational initiatives, partnering with operations, technology and the business to drive forward the book-of-work, demand/capacity management, and working with support partners of the organization (Accounting, Finance, Quality Assurance, project Management, Vendor Management, etc.) to improve and drive business decisions.Key responsibilitiesProvide direct finance and business management support while developing collaborative working relationships with Collections Technology CTO, Aligned Product Owners and their direct reports

Partner with F&BM Center of Excellence to deliver timely and granular financial and headcount reporting, including Agile Team alignment and forecasting

Partner with CTO and their management team to provide transparency of and insight on the Technology expense base, key performance metrics, efficiency agenda and resource agenda

Act as lead of planning and forecasting process for CTO and Management team and proactively highlight risks and issues to overall financial goals

Help Product operate within new F&BM framework and support use of new processes / tools

Aggregate, speak to, and monitor from front to back all spend requests related to respective Technology Tower and Product to ensure documented approvals as necessary

Provide resource management communications, planning/forecasting guidance and coordination for core business requirements

Partner with other F&BM Leads to drive consistent business management practices, development of KPl's, setting logical key performance measures, and reporting driving towards continuous improvement in accuracy and control

Support the Product Business Case generation process through aggregation and inclusion of Technology spend

Interface with Operations F&BM counterparts to proactively monitor and problem solve for capacity and financial gaps

Assist in the development of senior management presentations

Qualifications5+ years of experience with an emphasis on business / data analysis

2+ years of direct experience with technology book-of-work, capacity management, and/or business cases

Financial Services industry experience highly preferred

High financial acumen with a sound understanding of the P&L

Bachelors or higher Degree in Business Management / Finance / Economics / Analytics / Information Technology

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels and influence key stakeholders

Self-motivated, innovative thinker with the ability to derive, formulate, and develop new concepts, processes, and value-added activities

Process-oriented with strong organization, problem solving, time management, and analytical skills

Exposure to IT Agile development/software development life cycle highly preferred

Must be able to design business reporting and analysis that is clear, concise, and actionable

Ability to work effectively with other lines of business, finance teams, and technology partners

Demonstrated history of independently and proactively driving initiatives forward

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and an understanding of JIRA and Tableau
