The CI team is accountable for defining and leading the implementation of Integrated Operations and Business work processes, improvements, and standards. The team is also the primary source of project leadership for a diverse and complex range of initiatives. This role supports E2E process excellence and organizational effectiveness through the development and application of standard methods, processes, designs, tools, metrics, and training for Global Integrated Operations functions (Demand, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Service and Logistics) and Commercial functions, as well as select corporate initiatives. Lean and Six sigma methodologies are utilized to drive excellence through program and project leadership, as well as in select coaching of manufacturing operations.Your key responsibilities:

Lead projects and/or workstreams utilizing Lean/Six Sigma to resolve targeted problems and contribute to improvements and results and/or organizational effectiveness, as part of Operational Excellence, Supply Chain Effectiveness and/or Business/Functional Strategies. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring effective planning, collaboration, issue tracking and milestone management.

Utilize specialized tools and standard methodologies (e.g. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) to aid various functions, businesses and/or manufacturing operations to identify, develop, implement and sustain improvements and best practices. This could include detailed reviews and analysis of datasets to identify trends and reveal potential opportunities.

Lead and/or facilitate efforts to standardize Supply Chain, Functional and/or Operational processes including the integration with business systems.

Assist in gap analysis and capability evaluations of various Supply Chains, Businesses, Functions and/or Operations with regard to people, processes, and tools.

Support the building of efficient Supply Chains and/or the execution of a Supply Chain Transformations. This involves an emphasis upon internal and external processes, structures, ERP system setups, as well as consulting with SMEs, IT and Data groups to coordinate implementations

Provide select coaching and Kaizen event support within E&I’s Lean Manufacturing (PDL) and Operational Excellence programs. This involves an emphasis upon helping teams identify value and prioritize.

Engage project stakeholders as required to meet milestones, make adjustments to project charters, resolve problems and build appropriate awareness.

Manage change processes to achieve projects to time, cost and specification requirements.

Operate with bias for action and decision-making; using judgment to propose and/or facilitate decisions based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

Draft charters for improvement projects with closely defined benefits, scope, resource requirements and project plan with milestones and timeline.

Proactively expand knowledge through targeted learning and networking as required to lead projects and support efforts to achieve objectives

Work independently to contribute to site, business, functional or product strategies and/or objectives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Technical Field

2 years minimum applicable experience in Demand/Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Business, Quality, Customer/Market facing or Project leadership roles

Project leadership experience, with demonstrated proficiency in delivering quality results on-time and in-full.

Lean and/or Six Sigma trained and capable

Able to demonstrate knowledge of one or more of the following: Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Digital Transformation, Lean/Kaizen application in manufacturing and/or transactional, SAP/BW, Quality, Demand/Supply Planning & Scheduling, Customer Service, Logistics

APICS CPIM preferred
