As a nCino University Trainer, you will be part of a high-performing professional services team focused on facilitating user training by working with the Professional Services teams to deliver how the nCino product can best meet our clients' needs.Responsibilities- Self-deliver and self-facilitate customer user training, as well as the potential for customer facing technical training
- Demo and train customers and administrators on the use of the nCino software as part of the implementation process
- Assist in content creation/preparation of training materials
- Write customer facing nCino Knowledge articles from issues that have arisen and the solutions identified during the implementation process
- Facilitate training on nCino software, onsite and remotely, using your understanding of the nCino Bank Operating System and interpreting that information to our customers in relation to their Bank or Credit Union's business process
- Lead projects and/or initiatives within the nCino University Team
- Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years experience or an equivalent combination or exceptional performance
- Engaging public speaking/presentation skills
- Two of the following:
- Instructional delivery experience
- Banking/Lending experience
- Salesforce.com platform experience
- Detail oriented with good organization skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and utilize emerging technologies
- Willingness to learn and dig deeper into current practices and suggest improvement when needed
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to work on group projects as well as independent thinking and proactive initiatives
