Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant Location: Wilmington, NC Duration: Long Term Job Description: Roles/Responsibilities
- Acts as a Oracle HCM cloud Technical SME in implementing & supporting HCM Cloud Applications covering conversion, integrations, customizations and reports
- Lead Data Conversion activities from Legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud for Global organizations
- Hands-on development, maintenance, and support experience on implementing/supporting Oracle HCM cloud inbound Integrations using HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader and web services
- Hands-on development, maintenance, and support experience implementing/supporting HCM cloud outbound integrations using BI Publisher, HCM extracts & OTBI reports
- Hands on experience in automating end to end integration orchestrations using HCM cloud SOAP & REST/ATOM web services
- Experience and good understanding of Oracle Fusion REST and SOAP API
- Good understanding of fast formulas, customizations/personalization and approvals/workflows.
- Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology to meet day to day business needs as well as scaling for volume and growth.
- Lead project teams as well as share individual subject matter expertise
- Support Design and Testing of Integrations from/to HCM Cloud from/to Third Party Vendors
- Collaborate with offshore development team in delivering the Project
- Troubleshoot issues, analyze and take appropriate action to remediate issues
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in computer science, information systems
- Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Required 4-5 years of technical experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Applications - Global Human Resources, Benefits, Global Payroll, , Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management, Workforce Compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Learning Cloud
- Oracle Cloud Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Excellent oral and written communication skills within a business and/or technical context, particularly with translating customer requirements into technical solutions
