This role will work closely with the Customer Success Leadership Team, Engineering, Product, Support, and other internal teams to execute strategic initiatives that will increase customer satisfaction, reinforce Cornerstone’s commitment to a culture of customer centricity and drive customer retention.The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Cornerstone’s customers and product offerings, as well as demonstrated ability to deliver against project plans to achieve strategic business initiatives.In this role you will:Execute and lead strategic programs and initiatives that deepen customer loyalty and demonstrate Cornerstone’s heightened commitment to customer centricity

Craft and deploy an appropriate communications framework and communication plan to mitigate customer impact for significant technical architecture initiatives

Develop a process for customer enhancement requests, both contractual and non-contractual, as well as a prioritization and delivery framework

Revamp the current solution for handling customer product suggestions and requests

Optimize utilization of customer testing environments, including determining optimal pricing model

Evaluate how to improve the customer experience as it pertains to converting paid-for services to in-product offerings

Leverage a strong understanding of key customer outcomes and a customer-centric mindset

and being the rockstar you are, you will be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed

You’ve got what it takes if you have 5+ years of experience in consulting, project, and/or program management

A Bachelor’s degree or related experience and/or training

Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment while collaborating across functional and geographical teams

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Excellent communication, presentation, consulting, and analytical skills

High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong follow-up to meet expectations and deadlines

Interest in working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.

Ability to travel up to 15-30%.

Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
