The vision for the Consumer Lending business is to leverage technology and data to make it simple for customers to easily access credit when and where they need it. Consumer Lending serves customers across the country through our distribution network of more than 5,300 retail banking branches and Home Lending offices, as well as online and digital channels.The Product Capabilities team is seeking a knowledgeable key contributor to manage and implement projects within the letter channel in collaboration with internal business partners for consumer and business credit products (credit cards, private label cards, lines and loans) and external third party vendor, Fiserv (formerly known as First Data).The successful candidate will: Analyze, consult, and execute complex letter efforts to support Wells Fargo’s top initiatives Create test plans, condition test accounts with enhancement and regression scenarios, validate test outputs,document any test failures and their resolutions, retest, and present final test results to key stakeholders Cleanly implement sound, sustainable and dynamic solutions Complete required production audits, which may occasionally entail travel and/or validations during evenings,weekends, and holidays Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, including third party vendor controls monitoring Recommend opportunities for system/process refinements Represent Product Capabilities as a letters subject matter expert on project teams, consultation efforts, and issue resolutionsRWF- Please note that “RWF” is an identifier for internal recruiting purposes only and has no connection to the nature or responsibilities of the job.Required Qualifications3+ years of business systems analysis or design experience demonstrated through work, military, or education

2+ years of financial services industry experience

2+ years of analytical experience

Desired QualificationsKnowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes

Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains

Experience with FDR and related Credit Card data and processes

2+ years of credit card industry experience

Experience writing, editing, coordinating, and publishing documentation

Bilingual speaking, reading, and writing proficiency in Spanish/English

A BS/BA degree or higher
