We have a Direct-Hire Welding Position for a company in Wilmington, Delaware A Welder B performs routine Fab shop welding duties normally working with a qualified Fitter who is directing the flow of work in the assigned area. Primary areas of responsibility include:  Perform related tasks such as grinding, cleaning, moving material, etc.  Maintain work and work area in a neat and orderly manner.  Observe company work, safety and personnel policies.  Detect faulty equipment and report same to supervisor. The Pay ranges anywhere from $18/hr-$22/hr If interested, please call our office at 856.241.8881salary: $37,440 - $45,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Capable of selecting proper rods, wire, flux, feed, pressure volts and amps involving understandingdeposition rate and other basic welding concepts in sub-arc and innershield welding and similarknowledge for stick and semiautomatic welding. Capable of reading simple weld symbols on drawings and blueprints. Capable of performing arc gouging competently. Capable of straight hand and machine burning (machine burning involves operation only aftersomeone else has made initial set up.” Normally follow a higher classified welder or fitter’s instructions within assigned work area. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Capable of all duties described in Lower Welder Classifications. Bending, lifting, and twisting are required to perform job.SkillsMig
