Job summary/purpose:

The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for delivering high quality customer service for prospective and current clients by receiving and ensuring proper handling of referrals and service inquiries.

The CCC will schedule and staff all shifts using knowledge of Right of Home aides' abilities and personality traits as well as client's desired outcomes and personalities, to ensure a positive client-caregiver match. The Client Care Coordinator will also participate in day to day operations, including recruiting and interviewing new team members, and participating in the Company's Quality Assurance Program.

We are looking for a well-spoken, enthusiastic, team player who is interested in being part of a growing organization that is highly focused on providing positive client and caregiver experiences. Must be efficient, detail oriented, able to multi-task and solve problems in a timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Serve as primary point of contact for caregivers and clients.

Manage client and caregiver schedules to ensure every shift is staffed and clients' schedules are properly assigned.

Maintain current and complete personnel records for caregivers.

Receive inquiries from potential clients, provide basic information on programs and services offered, and arrange for follow up consultation.

Evaluate quality of services provided by ensuring regular communication with caregivers and clients.

Perform on-call coordinator duties as needed.

Handle general office functions including answering telephones and email, taking inquiries and messages with a focus on courteous and professional telephone etiquette.

May be asked to perform other duties by owner/operations manager, including working as caregiver in case of staffing emergency.

Required skills and competencies:

Candidate must be an independent self-starter. Must demonstrate a resourceful and creative approach to problem solving. Must have good computer, customer service and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is essential to success in this role. At least 1 year experience in home health or non-medical home care REQUIRED.
