1ST SHIFT earliest you can go in is 5:00 am all work must be done by 10:00 am
2ND SHIFT work must be done between 2:00pm and 5:00 pm

Position Overview:
We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team in
the Hampstead area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining
commercial buildings, ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
Sweep, mop, use a floor machine in the mornings, vacuum, and dust all designated areas
Empty trash and recycling containers
Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces
Refill paper, soap, and cleaning supplies as needed
Follow safety guidelines and company cleaning procedures
Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor
Qualifications:
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Must be punctual, trustworthy, and have a positive attitude
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
Work Schedule
Part-time positions available.
Schedule is Monday thru Sunday Split shift and you will work until work is complete.
MUST HAVE A GOOD WORKING VEHICLE, BE RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE
Compensation
$1,200.00 a month with biweekly payout on the 5th and 20th $600.00 per check
