SECOND POSITION IS THREE DAYS A WEEK MONDAY/ WEDNESDAY/ FRIDAY FROM 6:00 PM TO 11:00PM PAYS $500 A MONTH
THIRD POSITION IS A MANAGER POSITION MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 6:00 PM TO 11:00PM PAYS $1300 A MONTH MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN JANITORIAL AND ABLE TO OBTAIN A TWIC CARD
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across our facilities located at the Port of Wilmington.
MUST LIVE IN AREA OR CLOSE BY
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock paper products and soap dispensers
- Vacuum and spot clean carpets and upholstery
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
- Report maintenance issues and supply needs to management
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation to work location(s)
- Availability to work 6:00 pm to 11:00pm or until work is completed five (5) days a week.
