An established Landscaping company(12+ years) in Wilmington, NC is seeking experienced Crew Leaders and Crew Members to join our fast growing team.
Requirements: Crew Members
Ability to use hand tools including but not limited to leaf rake, broom, hoe, shovel, water hose, pruners and shears.
Ability to use basic landscape equipment including but not limited to hedge trimmers, string trimmers, lawn mower, and leaf blower.
Ability to perform basic planting skills
Ability to load and unload truck and trailer
Adhere to company policies, standards and safety guidelines
Work with other employees as a team
Ability to use a walk-behind mowers properly and knowledge of best mowing practices for each turf type is a major plus.

Requirements: Crew Leaders
At least 2 years previous experience in landscape maintenance and preferably 1 years experience as a Crew Leader
Must be an expert at running all types of landscape maintenance equipment
Must be fully capable of leading a crew to complete each days work in the time given
Good pruning skills, plant and turf identification is important
Utilize our smart phone/tablet based scheduling application to manage work performed (phone/tablet provided)
Must have good communication skills and be a proactive problem solver
English Spanish bilingual is a plus

Additional compensation available for valid NC drivers license with a clean driving record
Starting pay is $12-$18 an hour based on experience. Get paid weekly (we do not hold checks) 40 hours hours plus some overtime year round! We offer a year end bonus program and paid holidays!
