Join a great team here at Canterbury Woods Apartments. We are looking to fill a weekend leaing consultant position. Hours include 9-5 Saturday and 1-5 on Sunday. Additional hours can be had if you have weekday availability.

Duties and Responsibilities
1.Market apartments, including showing available apartments to prospective residents.
2.Check and/or review the credit, employment and prior rental references of all applicants following Drucker + Falk, LLC and Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines.
3.Prepare Leases and Lease packages.
4.Collect rents and other fees and deposit them following Drucker + Falk, LLC accounting guidelines.
5.Prepare and/or distribute resident correspondence including, but not limited to, late notices, legal notices, rent increases, lease renewals and warning letters.
6.Perform typing, filing, leasing, computing and other duties as required.
7.Represent Drucker + Falk, LLC in court for community related actions.
8.Maintain high standards of resident relations.
9.Relieve the Property Manager as needed.
