As an Associate IT Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects assigned to you, including the creation and execution of plans, managing project teams and communicating project status to stakeholders. Become a Project Manager within our Information Technology group and help drive the adoption of technology throughout the company!

Responsibilities:
  • Support Project Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing
  • Contribute to development and management of project plans complete with budgetary information and resource needs
  • Develop technical content to drive adoption
  • Become a subject matter expert on corporate Business Systems assigned to you
  • Collect and document business requirements
  • Coordinate and assist with solution architecting to meet business requirements
  • Provide written project status updates to stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot problems that come up during projects
  • Support Risk mitigation strategy development and execution
  • Communicating with stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals
  • Performing quality control on the project
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed
  • Assist with messaging and marketing around rollout of new systems, technology and processes
  • Assist with creation of test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing
  • Provide technical support to nCino employees on corporate business systems
  • Create project and system documentation
  • Coordinate and provide go-live training to end users

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant area or equivalent work experience
  • 0-2 years of practical work-related experience related to project management, system administration, content development, and/or business analysis
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Team-work oriented
  • Self-motivated

Desired:
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, preferably ERP solutions such as Salesforce.com, NetSuite and Workday.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Software, preferably Smartsheet or Jira
