As a Digital Adoption Product Manager within the Adoption Services group and the Customer Success organization, you will use your experience in digital banking or adoption of digital customer strategies to guide nCino's work with financial institutions ("FIs") to enable their customers to have a good experience with the FI's digital channel, and enable the FI to understand how to build out a digital strategy for their customers using the nCino platform. You will coordinate a cross-functional nCino team to drive customer adoption and success of digital strategies by providing digital adoption best practices, usage/adoption recommendations, risk identification and mitigation.

You will be accountable to build strong working relationships with other nCino customer facing personnel in the Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing and Product Management ecosystems. Our goal is to ensure digital customers are referenceable and delighted with their experience.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the building and promoting of best practices for adoption strategy for nCino's customers as it relates to their digital channels
  • Convene a cross functional team from Sales, PDE, PSO, Support, Adoption Services, and other groups to ensure a seamless delivery of nCino's digital strategy for customers
  • Incorporate industry best practices for digital banking strategies into nCino's digital strategies
  • Set a positive example for team collaboration
  • Organize a trusting team atmosphere that promotes the value of team continuity and cohesiveness; Acknowledges wins and successes for the team
  • Establish company goals for digital adoption; Provide regular, respectful and honest feedback to the cross-organizational team working on digital adoption initiatives
  • Understands and supports the need for change; Helps team through change
  • Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in nCino: utilize all of their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders internally and in our customer base
  • Provide thought leadership and best practices, both internally and externally, around business transformation and digital adoption
  • Make sure team delivers successful customers to the contract renewal cycle and, where necessary, support the renewals process to minimize customer attrition
Qualifications

Required:

  • BA/BS degree and 6+ years functional exp or combination experience, education & superior performance degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proven effectiveness at leading and facilitating meetings and workshops
  • Ability to serve as credible and effective advisor/coach, especially around change management (cultural, technical and business)
  • Strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support), business applications and automation
  • Experience managing large scale, cross functional projects
  • Financial services/banking experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster honest dialogue
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
  • Exercises sound individual judgement, focused on improving the customer experience.

Desired:

  • Knowledge of industry best practices regarding adoption of digital banking, including practical experience implementing a digital banking strategy
  • Knowledge of nCino product and platform features, capabilities and best use
  • 3+ years management experience preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge of nCino competitive landscape and technical ecosystem
  • Working knowledge of the software development process and of software design methodologies
  • Open to remote candidates in the US, relocation to Wilmington, NC is preferred
