As a CRM System Administrator, you are responsible for the design, development, implementation and management of CRM solutions at nCino including identifying process improvement needs and ensures appropriate integration and testing of updates. Works with different groups throughout the organization to translate business needs into technical requirements and works to customize program features and functionality accordingly. You will install, configure and maintain existing cloud infrastructure, applications, and client environments; maintain defined service level agreements; provide support of cloud solutions; and create and maintain documentation. You will use your analytical, problem solving, integration and sometimes even coding and scripting skills to design and implement systems and cloud solutions that streamline our business processes. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the overall day to day operations of managing the CRM system and applications including user provisioning, incident resolution, configuration and change management, security management, capacity planning, availability management, and routine update of services
  • Understanding of complex IT systems and software with an interest in evolving and emerging technologies
  • Consistently seek ways to improve and automate systems and processes to better meet business requirements
  • Ensure cloud performance and cloud security standards and policies are met
  • Provide end-user support and training for cloud platforms
  • Document processes, procedures and results
  • Assist the IT Business Applications department with project work to extend and enhance the technology infrastructure of the organization.
  • Research, evaluate and recommend software, hardware or cloud technologies that will support business needs
  • Assist in the development of training materials and lead training sessions with assistance
  • Offers end user support; user administration, data management and generating reports
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years' experience in a systems administration role, managing a wide variety of critical business systems or combination experience, education & superior performance
  • Strong application, configuration, and implementation understanding of cloud software solutions
  • Experience with establishing and integrating development, test and production environments
  • Proven ability to solve technical problems and research solutions
  • Thorough understanding of information security and how to apply that to cloud systems and applications
  • Project management skills and a proven record to execute on project milestones
  • Understand the business side of IT and interact with business stakeholders
Desired:
  • Experience with cloud solutions from Microsoft (Office 365 or Azure), Salesforce.com, or Citrix
  • Knowledge of enterprise-level database
  • Understanding of coding or scripting experience
  • Experience working with ETL tools such as Informatica
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; negotiation skills; reasoning ability
  • Ability to multi-task and function in a highly productive environment
  • Passionate, pro-active, optimistic, and has internal inspiration to get things done
