- Partner with cross functional teams of HR application to ensure a performance and robust HR Integration strategy.
- Implement and support Enterprise Application solutions in alignment with the business strategy developed by internal business partners.
- Build Integrations between HR / Finance and other downstream applications using HCM Extracts webservices/REST APIs / Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Understand the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes, and understand challenges faced by business teams and address those.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on HR technology integrations.
- Ability to develop solutions independently and unit test of developed solutions
- The ability to interview various non-technical managers to understand complex, dynamic business rules/process and then create detailed, specific, and comprehensive documentation.
- Work as part of Project Team to design and implement an effective solution as well as Production Support Team to solve critical business issues/incidents.
- Adequate functional understanding of the systems supported and the development framework for customizations.
- Will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, customizing, and integrating Oracle e-Business Suite and Salesforce applications with other systems, and providing ongoing support and future enhancements of those solutions.
