Primary Purpose:Perform various IT Security related functions to include the process of creating, maintaining, and removing user access to various systems, ensuring the right level of access at the right time. Work under established guidelines, policies and protocols, this position ensures the proper access to all types of enterprise applications, data communications systems, and services for each account holder while maintaining compliance with various audit requirements.

Administer security of system(s) and user IDs which include account creation, deletion, modification, reset, or extension
Act as an escalation point for security problems not resolved by the IT Support Desk
Conduct basic analysis to ensure that security on all platforms complies with published company procedures
Conduct review of applicable system access reports and audit logs; files and report problems accordingly
Manage security for local, group and user accounts within Active Directory and other Identity Stores.
Work with other technical teams on security projects and system integrations
Ensure compliance and adherence with corporate security controls and standards
Ensure the protection of client and company information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss
Participate in a 24x7 on call rotation

l High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Working knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP concepts such as Organization Units, group membership, and nested groups
Working knowledge with Role Based Access Control (RBAC) methodology
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate security risk and compliance related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Desired Skills:Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience
2+ years of hands-on information security or network administration experience
1+ certifications to include CompTIA Security+, Network+, or GIAC
IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience to include working knowledge of IAM tools such as TAM, OIM, and Sailpoint
Excellent customer service skills
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of PCI and SOX related controls
