Cloud Security Architect
One of the leading financial clearing firms is looking for a Cloud Security Architect to add to their Information Security team. This person will provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership around projects related to cloud security and cloud automation. This person will report to the Director of Information Security.Responsibilities:- Implement and support AWS and Azure cloud security solutions and environment.
- Ensure cloud automation and orchestration remains secure.
- Champion an infrastructure-as-code environment.
- Execute security activities throughout the CI/CD pipeline.
- Identify security gaps in the current infrastructure and cloud environment.
- 8+ years' experience in Information Security.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong experience in building and delivering cloud security solutions, as well as the security principles for cloud and on-prem systems.
- Background securing development pipelines, using automated code scanning tools, and API management.
- Working experience with securing containers and utilizing container management tools like Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Ability to script in Python or PowerShell.
